1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reelify website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reelify is an independently operated AI video generation platform that lets users create videos from text, images, and reference media. Outputs may depend on third-party model availability and may not always meet your expectations.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for account security and activity under your account.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, publish, or distribute the following, or attempt to bypass our content moderation:

  • Any NSFW, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, sexual-services, or adult content, including AI-generated versions of such content.
  • Any sexualized content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, or sexual exploitation.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or other content that violates a person's likeness or privacy rights.
  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or law-evasion content.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Conduct that disrupts, reverse engineers, or bypasses security controls, content moderation, or access restrictions.

We use automated content moderation and may conduct manual review. Requests that violate this section or our Acceptable Use Policy may be blocked, content may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights in content you upload. You must have the rights needed to use your input materials and must ensure that generated content and its use comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features require credits obtained through credit packs or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. If a generation fails because of a Reelify system error, the credits used for that generation are returned. See our Refund Policy for refund requests and eligibility.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, fully secure, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
