Welcome to Reelify ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reelify is an AI-powered video generation platform that lets users create videos from text, images, and other inputs. We work to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but generated results may not always meet your exact expectations.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
  • Access the Service or related systems, networks, or accounts without authorization.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights in content you upload. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use, reproduce, and distribute videos you generate through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and use of generated content do not infringe third-party rights.

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features require credits, which may be obtained through credit packs or subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment partner Creem as Merchant of Record. If a generation fails because of a Reelify system error, the credits used for that generation are returned. For subscription or credit-pack refund requests, contact support@reelify.info within 7 calendar days of purchase. Eligibility depends on applicable law and whether the credits or service have been used. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties and do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, fully secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
